- Excludes bathrooms with tiling.
- Excludes bathroom with any other wall finish other than Aqualine gibboard
- Exlcudes bathroom where access is restricted during the 7 day period.
- The 7 Day Period is based on normal working days.
- Based on the air temperature being 5 degress and above during the day.
- Excludes any undertile heating and any specialist bathroom fittings that have to be delivered from the area outside of Christchurch.
- The offer of completion is only valid if all bathroom fittings and tapware is purchased from Bathroom Express and if from readily available products.
- Is based on one bathroom and doesnt include a bathroom that is made bigger by removing walls.
- Excludes any items that are out of control of Bathroom Express.
- Excludes bathrooms requiring building consent work or drainage consent
- Excludes the replacement of any rotten subframe found on the removal of the exsisting wall linings
- Excludes Painting and Floor coverings.
- Excludes cylinder changeovers or solar elements
- Excludes any faulty cables or plumbing that were only evident on the removal of the exsisting linings.
- Doesnt include the consulation, design and acceptance period.
- 7 days relates to the bathroom renovation works only
